OBLIGATIONS AND DUTIES OF FUTURUM
- Source and review major & minor humanitarian and commercial projects in need of financing
- Submit projects to apply for grants and/or loans from US Federal Reserve, European Investment Bank (and other) on behalf of local African project owners.
- Social and Humanitarian Projects can be funded as Grants or as loans at zero (0%) per cent interest with no principal repayments.
- Submit projects to apply for loans for regular commercial lending and equity investment
- Connect project owners and visionaries with equity investors
- Government Projects equity-owned and concerning Infrastructure, Industrial and Commercial works should be funded as per negotiated and agreed terms and conditions
- Communicate and interface with the Government and Central Bank
- Communicate and interface with the USA Federal Reserve Fund Manager
- Contract Management on behalf of Fund Manager
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control of behalf of Fund Manager
- Financial Audits on behalf of Fund Manager
- Exercise its powers and discharge of duties under this Agreement in good faith and in best interests of the Parties
- Assure local content and US or European content of resources are balanced to benefit both countries (US or European local content will depend on from where the funds are sourced)
- Generate sustained and inclusive growth through economic diversification
- Exercise its powers and discharge of duties under this Agreement in good faith and in best interests of all Parties.

CEO Founder and main owner of AKERBLOMS INC. Director and shareholder of Intrepid Offshore Construction Inc., (IOC), USA. CEO and shareholder of Intrepid Energy Ltd., (IEL), Nigeria. Offshore Oil & Gas Field Development specialist. More than 30 years of experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry. Mr. Akerblom has a Master Mariner degree from University of Chalmers Gothenburg Sweden. Ove has 20 years of experience operating in Africa. Experienced Project Manager for minor as well as major projects.

And we need to invest in and build profitable humanitarian projects which enables the African people to become independent from “hand-outs” from USA & Europe.
